Access to Spanish medical records with SIP card

Hi

i am currently in the uk and require my Spanish medical records, I understand this is possible  on the Internet with a SIP card which I have.could anyone point me in the right direction please.

I don't know where you are registered but for Murcia :-

To obtain a password to access the Communication Channel Telematic Murciano Health Service enter your personal identification code (CIP) listed on your health card and send an email to the address provided to Murciano Health Service instructions You should continue to set your password.
