May seem a bit simple, but never having done it here, I am not too sure of the proceedures to follow.
Could anyone please advise me, when buying or selling a used car in Spain privately - ie a transaction not involving a dealer -
What is involved in the transfer of ownership?
What costs/fees are payable?
Which party is responsible for doing the transfer?
Which party is responsible for payment of the fees/costs?
