My girlfriend and I are going to look at a couple of flats in Alora and surroundng area and wondered if anybody could recommend a reliable lawyer to do the conveyancing should we find a suitable property. Also, the types of property we are looking at are under 50,000 euros but it seems most lawyers seem to work to a minimum fee of at least 1000 euros plus vat? Does that seem normal or are am I just receiving their first quotes and should I be able to negotiate this? Any tips for saving money on legal fees (Notary, registration tax etc ) would be greatly appreciated as we are on a small budget. Many thanks
