Civil Service pensions

I have been told that this years tax return for 2014 I have to included my civil service pension of about 13000€, even though this has to be taxed in UK. My gestor can´t tell me how much tax I will have to pay on this plus my uk state pension of 8800€, untl I submit my details in June. I would like to know my liabilities in advance. Last 4 years I have not had to pay tax. Anyone any ideas.
