Trouble sending an enquiry about long term rentals

Every time I go to send an enquiry for one of the rental properties it says an error has occured and one particular property I am very interested in.

Any advice would be good. Babs...

Hi Barb1958, we have checked it out and the problem is you are giving two phone numbers seperated by '/' and adding some spaces - thus exceding the maximum allowed number of characters for the phone number field which is 20. You can't exceed 20 characters.

I have a similar problem with the property for sale. It does not matter what I do the message does not go to the Owner or agent. I intend to buy. So they may miss a potential buyer and I may miss the property I really want!

What problem are you having exactly?  If you let us know which property you are interested in we can check it to see where the problem lies. It is very unusual that a property enquirey doesn't register properly. Please send me a PM with the URL to the proeprty you are interested in or the property code.
