feeling frustrated

Does anyone one of how we can proceed - despite several years of our case being with Maria and Costa Luz lawyers as promoted on here - we unfortunately are getting no where - !!!  We are now struggling to even get a response from emails, we are no further forward there is a distinct lack of communication, very unprofessional !!

Is there an obudsmans of sorts in Spain - if so could anyone please provide this information ?

Whether it is an Ombudsman in the same sense as UK or Scandinavia, here in the Valencian Community is an organisation called : "SIndic de Greuges de la Comunitat Valenciana" whose signature on my documents was Jose Cholbi Diego and he operates out of the Alicante office and someone at least speaks English there. If you do not reside in Valencia Community you may need to seek out similar organisation in your province. Try Google with the above title. There are lots of items.
