Does anyone one of how we can proceed - despite several years of our case being with Maria and Costa Luz lawyers as promoted on here - we unfortunately are getting no where - !!!  We are now struggling to even get a response from emails, we are no further forward there is a distinct lack of communication, very unprofessional !!

Is there an obudsmans of sorts in Spain - if so could anyone please provide this information ?

 Congratulations on winning your case !

 

We too are 8 years later but unfortunately are still waiting for our case to be resolved, despite winning in court we have yet to receive any return of deposits / costs and interest - so far nothing !!

We too are also with Maria and team and we hope it is only a matter of time and patience !!

Hi I have just read your message and wondered how you were getting on, we have been using Maria now for several years tying to settle this issue but so far no joy, despite having won in court over 12months ago, there seems to be no recorded as to where our money went once we had sent it the solicitors being used by inroal. Do you happen to know the name of the bank or any details regarding this as Maria cannot go any further without this information? Many thanks
