small Finca/Villa/Apartment forr very long term rental wanted..

Looking for a long long term rental property of max 2 bed furnished or part furnished from February 2014, qwiest location can be up to 15 miles from Med but bigger shopping areas within easy travel distance by bus. Area between Castellon and Valencia preferred but any area considered. Monthly Rental less than €350.00 would be acceptable as we are seeking real long term (1 yr or longer) rental.
