Swimming pool constuctors and all the jargon that goes with it.

Hi there. Im new to this site.

Just bought a property in Cuidad Quesada which will be ready next March (fingers crossed) and  was wondering if anybody knows any good swimming pool builders and the proceedure of obtaining planning permision etc.

Don't know any pool builders to recommend, but I'm sure someone will respond on this thread. With regard to the planning permission , this is, as I understand it, applied for by the builder who gets the job.

May be able to get you a contact from my Brother.

He had the whole garden landscaped, garage and pool installed by a Romanian builder and his gang.

They were extremely hard wrokers, lovely job and cheap.
