Accessing Community Forums

Anyone else having problems with accessing their communities? I keep getting a picture showing Homer and saying they messed up,  sent a message through the contact us box a week ago but am not sure it's getting sent as I haven't had a reply. Anyone any ideas? Any suggestions gratefully recieved.

We don't seem to have received any contact mail requesting help from you. We are normally very quick off the mark to solve problems so please contact me and we'll sort it our for you asap.

A few forum communities were not accessable due to a routing error which has now been fixed. If you experience any problems entering a community forum please let us know.
