tax on uk property

hi all
just a general question, looking to move perminantly to spain but will still be keeping a property in the uk, over the 50k amount.
I know I have to declare assets outside spain for tax purposes, my question is if the property is owned in equal amounts by myself, wife and 4 children does that make any differance to the amount I have to declare or am I still liable for the full amount of the property

You have the declare the full purchase price, and the percentage you own
