Having waited over a year for the Gas Pipe to come down our Calle, it is now installed .

Our house was surveyed by the Installers and inspected by Gas Natural after installation.

All our appliances were looked at, and the conversion done for our Gas Boiler and Gas Hob. Not so for our Gas fire, it seens its a Dutch model and the conversion cost is 1167€ .  The sales pitch is that all appliances will be converted ,and now we are being told to pay for this ourselves.  Phone calls and emails are ignored by the Installers and Gas Natural. We now have no working fire.

Has anyone had this problem ? and how do we get it resolved.
