Hi. Just returned from Alicante, needed a car to view a mobile home i am thinking of buying. Went on so meny sites and did so much home work on this subject i had myself up the wall with stresss, this full empty, empty full, policey had me totally confused, then there was the insurance issue, Horror stories of people getting ripped off, I almost cancelled the whole trip. BUT..... I came across a post on this site recomending COYS cars. I took the chance and used them. They where fantastic. They put 12 euro of petrol in the car and you bring it back empty, if you wish they will put as much as you want in the car. Had some questions regarding payment as my husband had forgotten his pin number for credit card and would not have gotten a new one in time, no problum here, they replied to all e mails stright away and we could pay cash. Gerry met us at arrivels, took us up stairs to car park and we where on our way 5 nins later. Will be using the at all times in the future. Hopes this helps someone as i know how stressful car renting can get. ps excuse spelling in a hurry. lol.
