is there anybody in the same position as me. we have been waiting for  property in the almanzoro site. after 4 years  we was persuaded to change to the new site at tabernas in Almeria. with the same builder, huma mediteraneo. we have been waiting in total 9 years. it was my husbands dream to own a little place in spain. but unfortunetaly he died nearly 4 years  ago. so I am afraid he wont see his place in the sun. huma owes me 86000 euros. now I am on my own I feel I am fighting a losing battle. I have registered my credit with tha administrators,but don't know what happens next.i have 3 bank guarantees, but for the first property, hope someone is in the same position out there. janice
