This is my fist post here on EOS. My partner and I last winter Rented a Villa in Bolnuevo , Near to Porto de Mazarrón. This was for just under 6 months with a great spanish onwer who we will give as a ref.
We are looking again for another property to do this again starting possible from end January to the end of April 2013.We are looking for a 2/3bedroom property furnished.
We are both non smoking working professionals working from home via the interent. It is very inportant that there is a high speed router in the property ( wifi or usb dongle is not fast enough and very exspensive).
If there is anyone out there that knows of anyone who has a rental property, i would be happy to hear from them. We have a good uderstanding of the cost of propertys and wish to deal direct with the owner.
Once we have found a suitable property we will share more information about our self and answer any questions you might have.
