First name and surname

Hi,
I am a little confused, which doesn't take much, I have a letter from Lloyds bank international from
Consolación Manrique Camino
who's email address starts consolacion.manrique, how should I address this person when replying?
Is their christian or first name Consolacion or Manrique?

Consolacion is the first name, and it is female.

Manrique Camino Is the surname.
All Spaniards have two surnames and women do not, (and not permtted by law( to change their surname on marriage.
Children take the first name of their father's dual surname, and first name of the mother's surname, to form their dual surname.
