derrama extraordinaria

I wonder if someone can help. I have had a 100 euro debit from my bank account for something called derrama extraordinaria which my poor tranlation seems to be mean some kind of special tax. Does anyone know what this is about

Derrama extraordinaria would normally be the wording used by a Community of Owners to request a special payment from the owners to the community to cover the cost of a specific extraordinary item or items. Such derramas need to be approved by an AGM or EGM of owners normally by majority of votes.
