"Los enganches" is the annual competition for horses and carriages which takes place in Ronda on the Sunday of the Feria de Pedro Romero.
Partly suspended for two years for urgent repairs to the bullring, the oldest plaza de toros in Spain, the feria opened in full again this year, with three days of bullfights, including the famous and emblematic Goyesca, the horse and carriage display and sundry events at the showground (Recinto Ferial).
Back to the horses and carriages, here are some of the photos I took of the competitors as they were being assessed by the judges.
