Anyone live in the Zaragoza region?

Having stayed in several different areas of Spain, we are lookiing to spend some time in the Zaragoza region next year (21012). Does anyone on this site know the area and can tell us something about it? Obviously, we have done some research...and driven through on many ocassions as we've headed towards the east coast but it would help to get a more-informed idea of what it's like to live there. We've heard that Zaragoza, being a University town, offers more work opportunities than most areas......if you want to teach English as a Foreign Language!
