Europa Network

 Has any one else used Europa Network for 3G internet services? The appear to advertise in the Round Town News.

I ordered a dongle, sim and wireless router from them on their 1gb allowance per month for about 16.50 euros month, similar to UK charges about 6 years ago. I am only in Spain about every 6 weeks so this allowance is fine for me.  After few calls to the technical department I was getting download speed of 2mb, fine for web browsing, email, skype. They use the Orange network and just by luck my house is right in the middle of a full strentgh 3G signal, Los Narejos/Los Alcazares.

However they started charging me for services I never ordered or used, even charging me for services before my contract started. Once I pointed this out to them they stopped over charging me for unsolicited services but their credit was for 0.00 euros.

Has any one alse had problems with them?

I am sorry that you have had to write this on the forum and I can only apologise that you have not been credited for the overcharges.

For any body who is interested in the 3G dongle, it is cheaper than other providers in my area and the connection allowed video calls on skype and equivalent on iphone. Wireless router provided allowed me to walk around the street and sent back live video of the house and the sunshine back to rainy UK.
