Aquagest Estepona

Hi There
Does anyone know what is going on with Aquagest these days.I received a Bill in August this year which was for the Billing Period 28/01/11 to 29/04/11 and the Actual Date of this Statement was 11/05/11. I received this Account in August through Correos and my Bank Account was Debited the same Month for this Charge.Since then I have not received the Bill for 30/04/11 to 29/08/11 yet.
Does the first Bill for 2011 suggest that we will only receive our second bill in December and pay that Month as well. Any comments on this matter will be appreciated.Aquagest in Estepona can not shed any light on this subject.I did notice that our Meters were being read again this Month by Aquagest.
