If I paint my grills white when the comunity rules are Black am I actually breaking the law.??????

If your Community has agreed at a properly conviened AGM or EGM that grilles must be BLACK then you will be breaking Community Law if you paint them WHITE.

To be honest black is better all white does is show the rust ours are white and I have to repaint every year but I cannot go black as the community is all white
And please dont mention colours of walls thats another nightmare you may have to face
My advice just go with the FLOW

and the awnings must be as per community colour scheme!

If you want the rejas (grills) to look better, in your opinion, from the inside. Then you could paint the side of the bars (if they are square) which face inward. That way it would not affect the appearance from outside.
As I said, just a thought
