Hi,

Could anyone tell me what I should expect to pay tax-wise on renting my property for one year.  I am a resident (here more than half the year), it is my primary residence, I don't earn any income in Spain (apart from the rent that I will receive) and I haven't declared before so I am not fiscally resident.  The amount is 5,200 euros for the year which they said they will pay me in advance at the beginning of the contract (which starts mid August this year) - will this fall within my personal allowance which I believe is around 6,000 per year?  Any advice greatly appreciated.
