Hi!
I'm looking for work in Madrid.

I am moving from the UK to Madrid by September 2010 and looking for work.

I have a wealth of experience in the UK helping small businesses during their initial start-up periods, across a varied range of markets including, but not limited to:

  • Health & beauty,
  • 3d animation,
  • Recruitment,
  • PR,
  • web design.

I currently work as a 2nd line I.T. support technician for a major UK company.

My use of the glorious Spanish language is limited; conversational at best.
English is my mother tongue.

I can provide my CV to interested companies / persons.

Many thanks

Tribes

I'm in IT and am also thinking about moving to Madrid.  There does seem to be quite a lot of IT work in Madrid, despite the crisis.

I would have a look on infojobs.net, which is probably the best and most comprehensive Spanish jobs website.  I wouldn't bother applying for anything until you get to Spain, unless you can put a Madrid address down on your cv.  Otherwise any applications/cvs will be ignored.

Good luck

It is better if you can speak spanish. Locals will definitely love you for that and so does your future employers! Infojobs has a detailed list on the type of jobs such as iT just like what Sanchez told you. So better check them out.

I'm looking for a junior IT support engineer to work in the company I work for in Madrid.  You'll need to speak Spanish but English is more important as we are a multi-national company.

You'll also need a Spanish address, NIE number at least and social security number would probably help.

Feel free to send me a PM.
