I am hoping to obtain my Habitation Certificate and would like some information regarding what documents I need to obtain my supply and what and where I need to go.
I am what would be regarded a holiday home owner so would like to know how much my bills are likely to be.
For example when the property is empty how much are the standing charges and how much would I have to pay a month.
When I am there which is likely to be for a 3 weeks in the summer how much will the bills be approximately. I know that it is a difficult question, I do have air conditoning whih I know can be pricey.
Any info that any one can give me would be great.
