We are in Mar y Sol bungalows, and our Admin is the same as yours.  The two fellas in their office are nice, friendly people, but I'm afraid they are snowed under with far more work than they can handle.  I have emailed them from time to time in both English and Spanish, to no avail.  Fortunately, our Presidente is full-time resident, and able to visit them in person.  Still things move slowly and fingers are crossed for a change of administrator in a couple of months!

You will probably find your first year a little expensive, admin-wise, but it should then reduce considerably.

to date I have no problem with my adminstrator. I'm the president for brisas del mar 2 and have been communitcating with the administrator on a daily basis. I have took it upon myself to communicate with  the administrator only. If members of the community have something to ask then its better coming through me. The administrator then only has one person to deal with instead of many which cuts any confusion down.

This appears to work fine at present. If the administrator has a question or query for the community then it comes through me and I disseminate that to the members of my community via e-mail and visa versa. I hope this helps in some way and if not I'm sorry for poking my nose in.
