Hi everyone it's Jim here As you maybe aware of l own two apartments in Mar Y Sol. The original plan was to live in one and rent the other as liz and l were planning to move over last year but due to unforeseen circumstances we had to put our plans on hold. So we have both decided to sell the one on the first floor. We have advertised this on the property for sale section, so anyone out there who have family or friends interested in buying in Mar Y Sol it would be appreciated if you could put them on to us.
l've heard there is a meeting regarding legalisation of the community this week. lf l hear anything l will post something on eye on Spain to let you all know
