Well Mr Burglar has struck at my apartment while my friends were staying there on the 10.08.11. There is someone watching who's in and out of these apartments etc and will try their luck while you are out. They managed to open the door due to the fact that it was closed shut but NOT DOUBLE LOCKED.

I thought I would let other know to keep an eye out and please lock your doors and security gates even if you nipping down stairsor outside etc.

Yep . The community fee's are split into two (6months apart) . July 2011 and then January 2012. My fee's are around 223 euros every 6 months. In total per year 446 euros

You then have the Suma taxes April  , June , August and November usually . In total they have all come to 407.63 euros . 

You then have your none residence tax again every 6 months . Total this year 326.24 euros 

Dont forget that if you have a bank card then they take out 12.00 euros a year for the previlage per card.

I use AirportrunRus. Their e-mail address is airportrunsrus@yahoo.co.uk . Their number is 0034 696307833. My family , friends and myself use these all the time. They contact you a day before you fly to make sure everything is ok , meet you at the airport take you back and we have never had a problem. They usually charge between 40 euros to 80 euro each way depending on how many people baggage etc.They are insured to carry persons and not a friend of a friend etc . We have never had a problem and are always happy with their service.

It will probably be like Ryanairs internet check in. I'm going over in the next couple of days for a week and have printed off the boarding passes for my flight out and return. However it does depend on how long you intend to stay in Spain. You have to pay attention to the time you check in for your flight. If you are going out for a month then I would only print out the outward bording ticket only and print the return bording ticket from a computer in Spain a few days before my return journey. 

The airlines have a policy in place that states you have to printout your bording pass for example 14 days before you fly or something like that (you will have to check with the airlines regarding their policy). if you were going out for a month and you printed the out going and return bording pass before you flew out then the return bording pass would not be excepted and you would be charged at the airport for airport check in. 

I hope that answers the question. Check before you get on the flight. I only found this out by chatting to someone on a Ryanair flight last year that it happened to.
