Just wondering if anyone had found out any further information regarding the issuing of the hab certificate, i.e. anybody heard anything from town hall etc

The fact that Mar y sol apartments are still on builders electric tells me that they still have no certificate?

Got a call from the buidler this morning to say the habitation cert had been granted. Just wondering if anyone else could confirm that and whether the electricity etc had switched from the builders supply

I Received faxed copy of certificate this morning for block 4  G2  stamp dated  01/08/07.

I checked with Palacios and have been told that Certs of Habitation have been issued for Block 3. Also that keys to garages are available in the office.
