We have finally been given a completion date 11th Mar , but like a few who have gone before will not get exited untill the ink is dry on the deeds we are in Block 5 and have been informed that everthing is completed, yet I read on the forum the the pools have no water , the lifts , and gates do not work .We can understand why the lifts and gates have no power as it is builders supply , but what is the reason for the pools as somebody on the forum pointed out due to the the heavy rains this had brought mud into the pools and the need to be drained, if this is case will this happen every time we have the rains?.
We are going out there for a week to complete what I would like to ask those who have already completed what is the process i;e do you go and inspect the apartment before you sign the deeds, or do you sign then go and inspect and snagg , would be gratefull for any tips on this either on the forum of P/M me . I have received the final account to be paid from my solictor and in it there is a charge for €300 .00 for the Initial contribution to Community fees , as the Developer has already set up the Commmunity on behalf of the owners, has any one who has completed had to pay the same charge ?.
If anybody will out there between the 08th March to the 14th March it would be good to meet up and have a chat about the complex .
