I really do think that we are not doing ourselves any favours by hanging out our dirty washing in public.  Lets not forget that this is a public forum.

The good points should be on here and anything else should go to Sue's private forum.  The last thing we want is for buyers to be put off by what they read on here.  For the development to work we, as well as Prienesur, need people to move in.

I am not having a go at anyone and I know there is validity in things being posted.

Lets not forget that the developers have the majority vote and are likely to for some time.  We are happy not to pay a management fee for as long as we can.  Is the development in that bad a state?  Not seen too many complaints on this forum.  It would be nice if the southern boundary was finished though.

As for the water meters.  At a guess, the water company will only put the meters in to the whole development, in which case Prienesur would have about 400 meters to pay for and then 400 standing charges every month/quarter.
