Once the pools are done (i explained on my other post about time etc) in march, beginning april, then yes. most definately. People will need to understand it is quiet with so few completions done but by then i would definately say yes. The life will change the whole development. That is all that is missing once the pool areas done.
I will say that until the penoncillo road opens again from phase one down to the port, it hasn't got the same convenience but that might not be too long as they are doing it portion by portion it seems that our stretch seems ready for hard core laying
Put it this way, i would send one of my friends with confidence that they will enjoy. Rental company said it is not too soon to market for summer.
