I am currently completing my upto date plan of who will be living where on Manzana 5. I currently have the following

We (Andy,Donna & Charlie) are 26

Paul & Sandra Green are 7

Keith & Louise are 15

Steve & Carol are 18

Steve & Anita are 23....very close to us!

Mac & Polly are 36

If anyone else is on Manzana 5 who I dont have, can you post on here and let me know.

We are Manzana 5, No. 22, we hope to be completing in March providing everything is finished of course and hopefully the £ against the Euro is at an acceptable rate. We know the LFO will not be in place but we will be going ahead anyway.

We are Marian and Ron and are buying Plot 71 Manzana 5 - hopefully ready in July.  We hope to be moving out permanently in June and will be coming over on 2nd March for week to check on progress and would love to meet up with our neighbours.

We are Jean and Chris and will be living in San Cayetano No.56 phase 5 permantly..............we are staying in Los Alcazares untill our property is completed.....................look forward to meeting all our neighbours.

Hi Ian and Wendy the site is looking good  the walkway has been put in also the tiles to the front door have been laid things seem to be moving quite fast.

We have put the deposit down to No. 57 Manzana 5. Hopefully moving in July or as soon as.  Pat & Jo Baker will be moving in permanently from the UK and Harry, Tricia (myself) & Sophie will be coming down for extended holidays.  Can't wait... 

We will be flying down in May to see how things are progressing.  Are there any flats ready that you know , that we would be able to rent for that week ?   Dates are 25.05.08 - 30.05.08.

we are buying No.45 which should be completed in July.  We have just returned from a few days out there and everything seems to be progressing well and possibly in front of themselves with regards to completing.  This was our first visit out there since we originally put the deposit down and it suddenly all seems very real, exciting and a bit scary! 

Good to see so many friendly posts - just found the site so this is great. Looking forward to meeting up with some of you in July.

We have brought no 49 and like you hope to complete some time in July or early August. We are planning to settle there and have just sold our UK house ( well fingers crossed) We are going out to Spain at the end of the month for a few days and are staying on the site which we are looking forward to. Like you, we're excited and looking forward to a new life.

Can anyone tell us, whom have already moved in, what the colour and quality of the paintwork is like in the quads?

Are people re-painting etc or is the painting as per the show quad.

everything is magnolia and the paint is sprayed on to gloss effect. We re-painted the bedrooms as it was too much cream for me but thats me, we are all different!!!!!!!!. I think its good quality!!

Hi Guys  We are living out here permentantly and have been on site since january renting and since april 1st living on Manzana 5 plot 4  which is actually 12K calle albaricoquero  which is apricot tree street.

We have a plan with all the actual house numbers on if anyone wants to know their eventual house number.  at the moment we are the only Brits living permentantly on the inside walkway, there is a spanish family opposite us and several Brit families have moved into their holiday homes and come and gone.

We look forward to meeting you all when you come out either on visits or permentantly  We are Bryan and Mo and have Poppy a fluffy, hairy, very friendly, large  black dog!

We are out next week (25th-30th) to sign and take possession of our quad.  We are down as No 18 Manzana 5.  We will hopefully be in and around on the Wednesday and Thursday so if you are passing then please come and say hello.  Might not have a kettle to offer you a cup of tea just to warn you.
