Hi All,
Has anyone due to complete in July had any word from Taray. We are manzana 5 No.66, the last quads to be finished . We have e-mailed our solicitor on several occasions and finally the answer was that they simply did not know when we would complete. We have e-mailed Teresa @ taray but the mail keeps coming back to us, I am going to have to phone her I think.
We are hoping to get in before the shut down in August, and also we can not book flights, accomodation ect., until we know for sure. We have been told some people are completing on this phase this month, good luck to you, wish it was me.
Sounds like the british bar is off to a flying start,hope it continues for you,all the very best for its future

I am really dissapointed about the pool as well, we visited lots of developments before buying in San Cayetano and all of them had pools. We were also assured by Taray that there would be a pool, and we told our three grandsons who's sole interest in Spain is a pool. Is a pool not the "norm" in all developments Spain, and can anyone tell me why the flats have one? we were not told about that! why did they just not build a big one and be done with it, and then everyone would have been happy. I am not getting at the people in the flats, they have probably paid extra, but I thought we were also paying extra for a pool.

we have also received a letter today from Taray, I was just about to send a e-mail to our solicitor as I think they should be dealing with this.We will wait for his reply before doing anything

Hi All,
We have just received our 2 monthly inspection report from Medsea and have been told that the builder has said we will be able to gain access the first week in March. The report shows all that is left to do is Wardrobe doors to be fitted ,Bathroom fittings,Kitchen units,paintwork and some plastering. We are really pleased with this as it seems they are well on target and to get in and see it almost complete four months before the due date is terrific. Unfortunatly we wont be over until April but the good thing is even more will be done by then. I dont know if this means they will release them early or not. I'm sure everyone on Manzana 5 who is waiting on news will be as pleased as we are

We are completing in July as well, no.66 and also cant wait. We will be over for a week on the 20th.of April and hope to catch up with any new neighbours.
