I contacted our solicitor about the pool. This was the reply.

The pool that is to be built is a public pool and sports facilities. It depends on  the townhall and the delay is caused by the townhall, as they have not yet delivered the building license.

 

I have spoken with Taray about this situation. The builder will wait until end of this year. If the townhall has not yet given the building license for this project, Taray is planning to build a pool themselves, for the residents of San Cayetano as they do not want to have the urbanisation without a pool.

 

This is the current situation at this stage.

I am waiting for further update.
