We seem to have lots of damp areas on lounge/bedroom wall (both sides) has anyone else got damp in these areas? is it line with the sprinklers?
We noticed that some owners have extended their patio - we were wondering if this has cured the damp problems - if so could those owners PM us with the cost and the name of the contractor as we would like to cure our damp before we have to start wearing our wellies.
