Hi

I have been contacted, out of the blue, by Sun Coast Leisure with an offer for my property. I don't know where they got

my details from. I have been made an offer and have now received an email asking for up-front fees of £1595. This all sounds to good to be true, now that I have read the posts on this forum I can see many other owners think the same. I think I will give them a wide berth.

Has anyone got Seasun e-mail address as we have not received our cuotas or information about the next community meeting - Seasun were very quick to take money from our bank account, without authorisation, but do not seem to keep everyone informed . Why is it that some are receiving e-mails from them and others are not.

I have spoken to 2 sky tv engineers  (in the UK) and they have informed me that sky are going to close the sat signal to Spain - has anyone else heard these rumours? I am thinking about getting sky tv but am not sure whether to bother now or not. Has anyone got any views or comments on this subject.

Hi Jayne and Allen

We are in block 27 02. We have had damp problems since we completed in November, but hopefully now our problems will be resolved. At the moment our bedroom and bathroom floors have been taken up as there is alot of water underneath the apartment, once this has been dried out and the pipes connected/mended we hope it will be the end of our damp (fingers crossed). What block are you in?
