I am arranging another comunidad meeting with Marinasol. Marinasol have told me they first need to know the items, which we want to discuss and this then goes to the president. I have already asked the people living at Los Olivos what they want on the agenda, but I would like to know from everyone else what like to have down.

Can you please pm me if anyone has things you want adding to the list. If you want to know what has already been put down, again pm me. I will be sending the agenda to Marinasol next Tuesday.

Hi, I live on the Jacaranda comunidad and for my sins am currently the president of this comunidad.

However you may be interested in the fact that prior to our first AGM, we on the comunidad formed our own volunteer committee and worked with our administrrators and BMS in getting put right many of the issues concerning the comunidad members.

I would be happy to discuss this with you before you have your meeting with your administrators if you think it would be of any assistance.

If you are missing the UK we have flooding in the North, ground is saturated, Ducks are Happy, Haydn and Judie must be ecstatic.

Clear the runway we're bringing them back on Thursday.
