The quote below is the most ridiclous thing you have said so far.

"The information that there will be a letter about your and your renters behaviour was informational; it was a decision made by the committee instead of going to the police.  You all expect to me to tell what happens on the committee. Can you please make it clear as to whether the above quote refers to our 'renters' or the door Sky box door being damaged. 

If it is the sky door I would rather it go to the police.  When you sent Gemsat away you told them the police were involved so they were unable to obtain the key to the box the first time round.  It now turns out that there were no police involvement so why did you lie?  I also recently been informed that the damage to the box is about 50 euros and I can't believe it has got to this stage over 50 euros but like I have said in other posts I too do not condone damage being done and would like the person responsible to be brought to justice. 

If your quote is regarding our 'renter's behaviour (which is something you have made public for what ever reason and we are only aware of one incident that you alleged someone else had told you about!) as vice president if any of my tennants have been out of order you could of phoned my mother. You know she looks after the apartment for me and you have already admitted you had her card with her number on it. Had you phoned her she would have been there in five minutes and sorted any problem but you have chosen after the door incident to air alleged problem about 'renters' on a message board for all to see. 

I am also tired of you insisting on insulting my mother saying that she is exploiting the apartment without me knowing.  I can assure you that I am fully aware of who is in my apartment and my mother has my full permission to use my apartment anytime she likes.  She (as well as I) are not the type of people who bring problems to any community.  Is this, again, a case of sour grapes as she is controlling my apartment not yourself?

As regards to the supposed threat to you  I have no idea what you mean as I have said in other posts I would like to arrange a meeting with the committee for August and that is what I was referring to when I said face to face (as you already know!).  When has it been right, if it is true!, to issue a formal warning when I have not been given the opportunity to put my case forward to the committee.

Why do you insist on trying to make me and my family look like bad people by  when all we are doing is defending ourselves in response to your barrage of unfounded allegations.

An initial pm to me before you decided to broadcast it to the rest Spain would have saved all this hassle and false accusation.

With reference to the 'renters' most of them have been friends and family who stay (which is not very often!).  Again this is another piece of communication that should have gone by pm rather than eos if there was a problem (which I doubt very much).   Is it because I turned you down when you asked me if you could rent it out on our behalf ?.

I too have an issue but I will contact you by pm rather than broadcast it to world.

Also you could never name and shame me as I have done nothing wrong. 

Your right about one thing though, my mother does look good for her age and an apology would not go amiss to her for the false accusations.

I think there is a serious conflict of interest with you running a business on the development and also being the vice president.



I did contact Dave Munster after getting nowhwere with you and he sent a very short unhelpful reply and as a %100 innocent party in all this  I felt let down by both of you as the 'representatives' of the community.

Westport is not alone with his views either as I have received a number of PM's from other people who have raised a number of similiar concerns. 

I hope this has been a learning curve for all concerned and hope other people do not get this poor treatment in future.

Why dont we have a meeting in August when I can be there in person.

Max it was you that crossed the line with your accusations and you did say  (quote).

This is just gossip that you started and as you were not even there at the time you had no idea it was a contractor with my mother and not my father. 

I dont want to fall out with anybody and i'm sure my mother won't sue you so relax in that department. This has upset her and things get said in the heat of the moment.

As vicepresident you should really have the facts before you add your so called abstract posts as these help nobody get anywhere.  As vicepresident you should have contacted me instead of telling all on eyeonspain what you thought you knew. The first I knew of this was when my mother told me Gemsat had been fefused entry to the skybox so I Iooked on eyeonspain to see what was going on. That is when I saw this thread and phoned Max but he was out.

Its easy to add your little bit on a thread about how we should punish the person that broke the skybox but lets get the facts straight first.

All I want is Sky and you are making it very difficult .

The facts are that I nor anybody in my family has broken anything and you know that  my mother never even went up to the skybox and I am in the UK. The only reason my mother was there was to show the contractor where Don Juan was.

As I said before the contractor has said he will go to the police in the morning .

Hi All

Just to put a few things straight it would appear that Max thinks my parents went to Don Juan and broke a sky box.

The facts are my mother went with a sky installer(no cheaper than Gemsat) to Don Juan as he had no idea where it was and was refused entry to the box. Now the sky contractor then left with my mother. My mother phoned me to tell me only Gemsat could fit Sky as Max's wife had told them. I then got Gemsat number off the internet and arranged for them to install Sky only to be told that the police were involved because of damage and they couldnt have access. 

Now although my mother never went to the skybox with the contractor he took no tools with him only a meter. When he came back he asked max's wife for keys to open the box only to be told Gemsat only contractors could access the box. This is when they left. 

If the contractor did break the box then I am behind Max %100 . The contractor has said he will go to the police and Max and tell his side of the story.

My parents are upset that Max just jumped to conclusions rather than email me and find out what had really happened. 

I would never condone any sort of vandalism and after Max was accused by the developer of causing damage to peoples apatments in the past I am shocked he didnt think before he started telling people that he knew the who did what without speaking to me first. 

Max you know me and have been in my apartment so please let these people know I am not a vandal.
