Leaking pitched roofs

We are supposed to be completing on mon29th but cant see this happening as very little seems to be in place, especially the mortgage !!!! , we are now dealing with our third bank but its unlikely to be in time for that date. SO ,  as all the flights are booked and accommodation sorted we will be coming over regardless, mainly to let the boss (cath) see what all the fuss has been about for the last two years as she's not seen it. There will be eight of us all buyers in block 31, all naieve to this, congregating at our block around teatime sun, so if any of you are around at that time it would be great to say hello and maybe share a glass of wine and perhaps a few experiences of the thalassa process (good or bad). Cath n miself are staying at our block for a couple of days so any hola's from the more experienced members would be more than welcome.

We finally completed on Thursday. On Wednesday afternoon it was all looking decidedly dodgy because of the costs wanted by the bank. Miraculously though, they got their act together and completion did go ahead. One example of things working quickly in Spain!! We hope that your completion does go ahead (don't lose hope!).

We go over on Monday until Friday and are in block 28 so may see you there.

Cheers noreen would love to say hi, we do have an official completion date for 12 nov witk km soliciters so we may have to go out again if it doesn't happen next mon (ah well) but everything is aiming at 29th with luck. We are in andysmiths appartment (b31)sun till tues so hopefully will bump into you
