I completed on my apartment just over a month ago and a guy called Dave Baxter, fitted the lights for me and also did a few other small jobs, i know his name pops ups on this site often and i am just posting to fully recomend him. He can carry out all kinds of work including the fitting of lights and showers screens etc... his prices were very competitive, he came round at short notice, and he has good local knowledge . his wife anita also does a keyholding/cleaning service, and they also offer a chaffeuer service.
