New riding school just for children

Hi everybody, just wondering if anyone may be able to offer some help. We have bought a 2 bedroom apt on the 2nd floor of phase 4, when we were out there viewing we were told that we would have a choice for certain items of decor interior, i think the main ones were a choice of coloured interior doors (Brown or white) and a choice of floor tiles. Whilst we were there they had samples but since then weve not heard anything more about this option. we have sent emails but no reply, Was anybody else given this option (decision)  and if so when does it have to be made by.

Anyway apart from that were really giddy and cant wait to get over there when its finshed, come say hello we'll be the 2 lobsters by the pool.

We were over the end of July and made a reservation for an apt in phase 4 on the top floor. It all happened very unexpectedly...So I was not thinking of details at that point. But We were offered No choices. And I didn't  see any samples of any kind.  Since then I have also Emailed  with questions...including asking about  any choices of style...or colours. As some old websites referring to phase 1 and 2 mention a range to choose from. But like you I have not received a reply..Can I ask if you  Are going to be living there permanently... or just for holidays?  We are making LUZ our permanent home. So it is really exciting..but very scary.  Look forward to meeting you. . Carol & Danny

Hey there, We have bought ours as more of an investment, so will be trying to let it out for most of the year, but should hopefully get some time there to enjoy it for ourselves too.We will continue to pester about the choice of interior, as we are absolutely sure there was a choice,if we do hear anything we will let you know.

The LUZ sounds really popular & we really liked what we saw, so fingers crossed everything goes to plan.

Cant believe your gunna be moving out there, just imagine no more 365 days of rain and only 10-15 mins from the coast , what more do you need.

Hi Sarah,

We've bought in phase 3 and were not offerred any choices.  When we did our mid-term visit in May this year all we were told by Gustavo in the sales office was that they still dodn't know if it would be the same furniture as phase1/2 or if they would be changing their supplier as the interior doors were to be oak and that they may change the furniture to match.  The have also changed the kitchen units, kitchen wall tiles and all bathroom tiles which we were told would remain as phase 1/2.

We were also told that you could exchange individual pieces of furniture and pay extra to upgrade them, but like yourselves, I cannot get any reply to e-mails.

I have now contacted Atlas, who we purchased through, who by the way are ABSOLUTELY CRAP at dealing with anything for you, so we will see if they get any further than I have.  My friend Linda is going on her mid-term next weekend so I may know more when she returns.

We have also been told that there is a developers mortgage available, has anyone enquired or been told terms of that??
