hi chris and dave thanks for the pictures,we have bought a apartment in phase 3 a long wait for us but it will be worth it our next visit will be midterm probably june or july,we have been in your phase twice but you soon forget what the apartments look like .many thanks again tricia and dave.

Hi everyone, we also loved the pictures Goulingay, thanks for them.

We,ve also bought phase 3 but it was phase 2 that we wnt to see the showhouse and the pool area is lovely. Hope you all get your committee sorted out and 'By the Pool Rules'  Hopefully everyone buying in phase 3 will eventually find this site and we can learn through yourselves how you are all getting on with pool cleaning etc also and maybe pick up a few tips along the way.

Hope some more people start posting soon as this seem to be one of the quiet sites for new property buyers on this forum, even if it's just for a chat.

And a 'HI' to Tricia, I sent you a private e-mail last night, when you lose your computer next week post a message here and I can reply to you on this site.

Hi Leeabby. sorry to have missed you. The wife and I had her father with us and most of our time was spent wheeling him up and down town. We are out again for the New Year (Without him) and will be out most term times. Give us a Knock in 214 if you are over again.

Hi Art, am sure we will meet up at some time in the future.  We will probably not be out again until our mid-term visit when the build is a good bit under way on phase 3 and may then want to rent an apartment or 2 possibly there in phase 1 or 2 if any are available.  Don't think we are going to go to Atlas's accommodation as it's too far away.

So if anyone in phase 1 or 2 are available for renting (it wouldn't be until at least the middle of next year) my friend and her husband have also bought.  If travelling together we may need 1 flat but if taking the kids we would need 2 flats.  If anyone does let out they could possibly send me a private e-mail with their costs etc and I could get in touch nearer the time.

My wife is from your neck of the woods - Gourock!  We now live in Carlisle.

We have just read your comments about possible rental next year. We have a 2 bed apartment that can sleep 5/6 that overlooks the pool on the 2nd floor with large living room. We are happy to talk about dates etc if you are interested. Almoradi is a beautiful little town and you will not be disappointed in your investment.

We have just read your input  and wondered if you are the couple from Wales we talked to at the side of the complex? you had an older gentleman with you who req a wheelchair, we also had parents with us and mother needed a wheelchair. We talked for ages and swapped comments. Infact if it was you? it was arthur who told us about this web site. We were there iat the end of October.
