Is there anyone who wants to be considered for president on PM4, if so please come forward and please let us know .

I will be going to the AGM on 7th September and I am happy to take forward any proxy votes on owners behalf to the meeting but first we need some one who is interested in taking on this role . I do not  have the time to dedicate to the role but I am happy to assist any president elected. I hope to talk to Peter Lund and Kevin Howlett the presidents elected for PM2 and PM1 respectively to learn from thier experience of the AGM and pass the information around intime for the agm. I did meet them in the UK prior to thier election and, as a group discussed items to bring to the agm I understand this was very beneficial especially for the PM2 agm.

Someone also need to study the accounts for 2006- 2007 as I undsrstand that these have to be agreed/passed etc.

Can you tell me what time this AGM will be starting so I can coordinate flights and other travel arrangements - I believe it is in Duquesa. We are certainly eager to play a part on this Committee but information seems to be few and far between.

My understanding is that the agm will start at 10am in duquesa .if you call the Amex office they will be able to let you know. Also Amex are legally obliged to notify owners of the AGM 14 days before. That date is 24th Aug. So far I havenot received an official invite and I have been in regular contact with Amex.  WEare arriving at 1am on 7th sowill be there.

would it be worth having a get-together in the uk (i know distance and travel will be a problem)

we live in east anglia but i would be quite prepared to meet central england (m1 area ). this might benefit us at the agm as i am sure we all have the same issues.
