Would appreciate seeing if anything is happening on the 'proposed commercial centre' site.

They had moved two of the huts off last time we were there - no doubt you will also see how the aparthotel is coming along - hope you have time to enjoy yourself.

Some issues raised at the PM 4 AGm have now been dealt with.  Firstly the abandoned car, secondly the seats alongside the apartments have been turned around to actually face the pool area instead of the apartments and at long last the bins have now been resited up near the apart hotel and the space has been cleared.  Small things I know but at least somethng ishappening - and I believe the pool did not close on 15th Sept as originally thought but is still open at least until the end of the month.

Having just today returned from a week in PM4 felt all those interested would be glad to hear that the abandoned vehicle has at last been removed as has the one in one of the underground garages.  We had a great few days but was very sorry to see so few attending the meeting on 7th at The Duquesa Hotel.  It was a very successful meeting with several strategic points being covered.  What a pity when it comes down to it that so few are actually interested in putting themselves in where it counts.

Having spoken today to guests who have been staying in our apartment (PM4) it would seem that some people are leaving rubbish in the underground garages.  This has attracted rats.  My guests spet their two weeks only visiting the garage to remove any rubbish but not parking their car there because of said vermin.  Please ask any guests to make sure their rubbish is binned correctly for the sake of other owners and guests.

Can you tell me what time this AGM will be starting so I can coordinate flights and other travel arrangements - I believe it is in Duquesa. We are certainly eager to play a part on this Committee but information seems to be few and far between.
