We have just returned today from a week staying in our apartment in block 11a and were very happy with the way everything had improved since our last visit in February.
However we are concerned about the security of the apartments on site.
The apartment next to ours appeared to be having somework done on it and when we returned to our apartment in the early evening the apartment was left with the front door propped open with washing machine! Obvioulsy all the work men had now gone home. The apartment was furnished and we feel that it is really disgraceful that this has happened, it's no wonder that things go missing if doors and windows are left open. We obviously secured the apartment but felt that this was definately an issue that we should be letting known to other owners on site who are trying to get snagging issues rectified and are trusting people with the keys to their homes.
We have now changed all of our locks as we felt it is better to be safe than sorry! Who knows how many keys have been cut!
