I have just had my 2 bed top floor penthouse valued by Banco Halifax for 282000 euros for mortgage purposes. I am hoping this is a mistake as it is 10000 euro less than i paid for it 3 years ago and They were selling for 354000 in phase three apparently!! and seems less than some ground floor 2 beds!
I am disputing it but need evidence If anyone can reply urgently to this thread with recent valuations that will help me stating what the apt is ie penthouse 3 or 2 bed and what floor and who valued it that would be a big help please.
Anyone else know an independent valuer that may value it higher?
