That is the developement directly behind ours, you are correct.

They appear to have sold really well which is good for us as they should crack on to complete it asap. They are also more expensive than ours too.

Sorry if I've mislead you....I have bought an apartment on Pueblo Real Golf. I often read your site because it  in-directly holds interest for us as well.(Same builders, etc) I believe we are part of casares del sol suites.

I have started a page for Pueblo Real Golf...but at the moment I am the only one to post anything. (Maybe I'm the only buyer !!!!!)

I have mentioned on other threads that the Casares Del Sol suites/Pueblo Real Golf have the same developers as Casares Del Sol - Interlaken.

As part of the marketing lies by Interlaken and all their partners in the building project , they intend to build  apart hotels , sports complexes and shops and restaurants. None of this is being developed at Casares Del Sol and all buyers are being kept in the dark as to what is happening with these facilities.

We were sold the apartments with these facilities and they have not materialised.

CDS suites are marketing exactly the same info as the original CDS.

Is something fishy going on or is just me being paranoid?

Hi All

Ive just returned from Casares and found out Casares Suites/Pueblo Real Golf will be totally fenced in and only have tennis and paddel tennis within their boundary. The other "Sports Facilities" are outside, the same spot as ours is supposed to be!

We will not be able to get access to this developement! This is according to the salesman for above developement. He is selling some blocks and the others by Pueblo Real Golf promoted by Aresnal.

I'll be putting some pics of our site on the pic board asap but i must admit the whole developement is really coming together. It looks a lot better than the last time i was there in May and they appear to be resolving the watering problems to the gardens and service water. They were in the process of planting more palm trees and shrubs etc as i was on site. 

The golf course directly behind blocks A5 & B3 (Old numbers) looks absolutely fantastic and is in great condition as i walked a couple of holes on sunday when nobody was about. The greens are Valderama quality and the course opens in two weeks quickly followed by the commercial centre, and driving range nicklaus academy.

Judging by lanmacks post, I would investigate right away.

In hindsight ,on CDS, I should of seen these problems coming but me sitting  in London hoping I've invested wisely was not good enough.

They (agents and Interlaken) are blatantly selling you a pack of lies. read all that you've been sent and told about the site. A sports complex does not consist of padel tennis and another court.

Also do regular checks on the quality of the apartment build , the internal fittings and the the living area dimensions.  On CDS all of these items were mis-leading.

Just another item i found rather strange is i have site layouts from CDS Suites and Pueblo Real Golf and they contradict each other somewhat.

Real Golf have blocks 1-7 in a horseshoe shape round the pool with the top 3 blocks 3,4,5 looking SSE, overlooking us at CDS.

Del Sol Suites only have block 3 & 4 at the top facing SSE with B5 joined onto block 6 and these two blocks are facing east.

It is definately the same developement and already the confusion begins.

On a positve note:

It does appear that the sports centre will be built and it will be available to all at a small cost which means we wont be paying for it through our community costs.

It will basically be a municiple sports complex but on our doorstep.

The complex will be in the area to the right of Del Sol Suites and as they are also advertising both the sports complex and the commercial centre, I cant see how Interlaken could possibly get out of building it.

Where did your latest info on the Sports Complex come from? Are you saying that the Building Licence has now been granted.

If this is the case then it is very good news. If it is not, then nothing has changed!
