due to complete in block 30 shortly, noticed someone reccommended jihn jones for some jobs, his contact address would be helpful.

not quite sure who to use for letting, and hoping to use furniture express so any experiences would be nice.

was in spain last month, looking good but hope landscaping will be finihed soon as i feel this is very important with renting, also dont know why gf terraces did not include garage roof

we've  been told for 3 years that the building licence has been applied for   - by who I iwonder as this  if it is ever built is going to be a public facility and not a private gated complex facility as we were led to believe.

I'd like to see a copy of the application. Alos with a large sports centre being built in sabinnilas by Manilva town hall and one in estpona I personnally dont think the town hall in casares will see it as a necessity would it be viable ?????

such a con. I bought on this complex mainly because of the added facilities

I still question if we would want to run a sports complex as part of the community facilities. Could be very expensive and be troublesome to run properly. It is very important that the area is well served by good quality facilities.

It would be excellent to have sports facilities for our use but I have stayed in apartments overlooking the torrequebrada golf course where the interior of the apartment was luxury compared to Casares del Sol - but the gym was awful.  It was one room with about three machines - a bike, a weird contraption for a rowing machine and 101 things to do with another.

The way things have turned out so far - I'm not sure what we will get!

Try this  website.

Very similar blurb to Casares Del Sol. A sports complex that is going to be right next to CDS sports complex . Does that mean there are going to be two sports complexes next to each other? I doubt it, but both are going to be built by Interlaken.

I cannot wait to spend a holiday next to a few gooners.
