What do i need to do before being allowed to take my Rottweiler into Spain

We are block 35, is anyone else around this block number? do you have any information about completion dates?  or photo's of recent progress.  I think we might be the last ti complete.

We are in Block 39 and have had no news as to confirmation of inspection dates or completion.  Reading other threads, there seems to be some confusion on whether it is going to be September, October, November or even December, but no-one has said what year!!!

We have tried to contact Key Mare on several occasions over the last few weeks, but get conflicting information.  It depends on who you speak to as to what answer you are given.

No doubt it will all come together in due course.

Hi All,            Block 32

I spoke to Keymare (Anna) on Monday re inspection & completion and she did not know about inspection dates as she was in the completions department, She stated that we would be completed by Early Sept at the latest.  Lots of different stories so who knows, but my wife and kids are booked for Oct so as long as its before then i am not too worried.

Hi All, BLOCK 39

We became concerned because we were given an inspection date of 2nd-6th July and a completion date of 24th-30th August and by last week had heard nothing.  We asked our Agent and our Abogado to speak to KM. Nothing from the Lawyer yet, but the Agents response from KM was something along the lines of "don't bother us, we have no news at the moment but will let you know as soon as the visits for Block 39 ahve been agreed with the builder.  Not very helpful and I think points towards completion for blocks around 39 being towards the end of the year and confirms that we have been right not to hold our breathe!

All very frustrating as it will be 2 years at the end of this year since we signed up for the apartment.

Look at the bright side after 2 years you should see some captial appreciation once you get handed the keys...... (Cross fingers)

There may of course be capital appreciation, but nobody seems to have had an up to date valuation for a 3 bed apartment.  But we live in hope and are definitely looking on the bright side, don't have to apy anymore money at the moment, so it can stay earning interest!
